Kitchen Table Economics
Learners plan their own pop-up market business: choosing what to sell, setting prices, building a budget, and figuring out whether they turned a profit. We run mock markets during class so every learner practices the whole experience, and they leave ready to run a real market on their own if they want to. Basic supplies are included; materials for a learner’s own market depend on what they choose to sell and aren’t included.
